Position Summary We are looking for an entry-level CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations. This role will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities • Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software • Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models • Select tooling and define machining strategies • Generate setup sheets and documentation • Simulate and verify toolpaths before production release • Provide technical support to setup technicians and operators • Continuously improve cycle times and process efficiency • Assist with troubleshooting machining issues • Maintain organized program files and revision control Qualifications • 1-2 years of CNC programming experience • Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) • Strong knowledge of G-code and machine controls • Experience with 3-axis milling or 3 +1 (vertical mill with rotary attachment).
