We're looking for early-stage tech companies with exceptional teams and novel, innovative approaches to their businesses. We focus on SaaS, Marketplace, FinTech, Consumer Internet, and community enhanced startups. We're friendlier and quicker to give decisions than other funds, and we're real people. We don't pretend to have all the answers. We focus on team, momentum, and network.

We also occasionally seed other disruptive early-stage funds, like Unshackled. We do this because it helps us find the best companies and work with the very best investors. We don't view early-stage investing as a zero-sum game--we're working with other early-stage VCs, not against them!
