We provide low cost, high impact, widely scalable solutions for virtual teacher coaching. Research shows that coaching is the most promising way to improve instruction. Existing solutions are expensive, lack quality control, and are not scalable. By combining our technology solution and our proprietary programs that give feedback and track improvement, we merge 21st century technology and best practice together in a way that is transforming classrooms.

We improve teachers’ effectiveness by giving individualized feedback continuously over 6 weeks. We review recorded lectures of the educator and virtually meet with them twice a week to give consistent feedback and specific recommendations for improvement on targeted skills. A 3rd-party online platform is used to share recordings, allowing us to cost effectively reach more teachers. 11 observations are executed, 4x the norm in the industry.
