Ecotable careers

Since its launch, Écotable has been identifying and promoting environmentally friendly restaurants through its certification label. At a time when restaurant owners are being encouraged – through consumer demand but also through a legal framework – to begin a transition towards sustainable practices, we launched ‘Impact’ (impact.ecotable.fr), our platform for sustainable hospitality. An innovative tool that was intended to be an authentic database of resources, this platform is made up of an environmental impact measurement tool, a directory of virtuous service providers, and informative content on a sustainable food system. Its objective is clear: to enable restaurant owners to make progress in their move to a more environmentally friendly model.
