We’re building an early-stage team of thoughtful, mission-aligned people who want to help shape something meaningful from the ground up. These roles are ideal for builders who value ownership, autonomy, and purpose over hierarchy. We’re currently exploring conversations with candidates interested in the following roles: • Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder Lead the technical vision, architecture, and long-term scalability of the platform. This role includes meaningful equity and strategic ownership. • Product Designer (UX / Product Thinking) Help shape intuitive, human-centered experiences for students, educators, and community partners. • Business Development / Partnerships Lead Support relationship-building, outreach, and early growth alongside the founding team. All roles are flexible in structure (part-time, contract, or evolving into full-time) and designed for people who want to grow with the company. Compensation includes a mix of equity and cash depending on role, availability, and experience.
