We plan to achieve creation of a recognizable marketplace, wherein:
• community members - typically heavy business travelers - can travel with ease; maintain their health, lifestyle and productivity; and positively participate in two or more geographic communities.
• we help owners of underutilized space to increase their income and savings rate and improve rewards for recurring travelers 20-25% without impact to host's income. Eventually this new income can lead to greater home ownership rates
