Increasingly people are getting online indicating a real behavioural shift. However a core issue faced by any online business today is 'increasing customer acquisition & retention costs'.

So how does one build a robust business model?

When we look around the globally successful models - a social networking platform, a messaging app or a professional networking portal - all have first addressed an underlying need of the end consumer and then built the ecosystem around it.

Those are our inspirations and hence the following business model:

Address customers' simple but essential routine requirements ---> results in long term loyalty/ stickiness ---> leads to a robust underlying model.

We are working towards this by building a single multi utility app for the end consumer wherein he can communicate and make online payments to all entities that are part of his routine requirements including merchants, service providers, schools, colleges, classes, co-operative societies etc.
