EasyWill is a legal technology platform built to simplify estate planning for expatriates and investors in the United Arab Emirates. Creating a legally valid will in the UAE has traditionally been complex, expensive, and dependent on multiple in-person processes, making it difficult for many residents to properly protect their assets and families.

We built EasyWill to remove this friction by enabling users to create legally compliant wills fully online. Through a structured digital workflow, users complete a guided questionnaire, and the platform generates compliant legal documents in their preferred language. EasyWill manages translation, notarization with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, and official court filing, ensuring full legal recognition across all Emirates.

Our platform combines legal expertise with scalable technology to deliver a transparent and efficient solution for protecting property, bank accounts, business interests, and family responsibilities. Users can appoint guardians and executors, securely store their documents, and update their plans through a centralized digital dashboard.
