In Sub Saharan Africa, informal minibuses account for up to 70% of public transport. Commuters are often forced to bear with unclean, unsafe, uncomfortable and unreliable minibuses in order to travel to work and back. Easy Matatu is changing that. By harnessing the existing informal minibuses and, through enforcing standards and training, Easy Matatu is providing cleaner and safer public transport to African commuters.
