Jobs at Earthineer

We'll have a flexible work schedule (especially when it comes to "earthineer" related activities - you can take days off / shorter work days around canning season, for example), we'll have occasional company get-togethers (pig/goat roasts and pot lucks with plenty of bourbon and good homebrews), and we'll be allotting a couple thousand dollars each year, for each employee to spend on "earthineer" related activities. We want the company culture to be one that blends both what we're doing as a social marketplace startup with what we're interested in (homesteading, good food, and community).
