Earnguard careers

My name is Jep Sedgwick and I recently graduated college. I'm creating a company that provides Income Sharing Agreements, which are an alternative to personal loans. We provide the customer with funds, and instead of paying back principal or interest, they give us back a percentage of their future earnings.

I want to help Freelance workers because they are a fast growing demographic with outdated financial solutions. I want to create a "loan" product where the payments fluctuate with the customer's earnings. If they make more, they'll pay back more and if they earn less, they'll pay back less (better than them defaulting on the loan). Over the long term, we'd expect to get a percentage of their average salary over the course of a few years.
