e-skin Displays careers

Imagine a soldier who can change the color and pattern of his camouflage uniform from woodland green to desert tan at will. Or an office worker who could do the same with his necktie. Is someone at the wedding reception wearing the same dress as you? No problem – switch yours to a different color in the blink of an eye. We have developed a ground breaking e-skin display that makes this possible.

“Inspired by nature”, we have developed a full-color, flexible reflective display. Traditional displays like mobile phone, tvs require a light source, filters, etc, but animals like chameleons and octopuses are born with thin, flexible, color-changing displays that don't need a light source. Similarly our innovative ultrathin e-skin display doesn't need its own light source, but reflects the ambient light around it and uses a small voltage to change the color reflected across the entire visible spectrum. The display is just a few microns thick; in comparison human hair is 100 microns thick.
