Dweve is a European AI company building a full-stack, sovereign alternative to hyperscaler AI. The platform combines binary neural networks, constraint-based reasoning, and mesh infrastructure to run powerful models on standard CPUs with radically lower energy use and full determinism.

Dweve’s stack spans a discrete compute engine (Dweve Core), neurosymbolic models (Dweve Loom), long-context and knowledge systems (Dweve Spindle), and distributed mesh infrastructure (Dweve Mesh) for federated, privacy-preserving deployment at the edge and in sovereign data centers.

The company focuses on governments, critical infrastructure, and regulated enterprises that need AI which is private by design, compliant with EU regulation, and free from foreign cloud lock-in. Dweve is independently built in Europe, without venture capital, and prioritizes verifiable safety, explainability, and long-term digital sovereignty for its users.
