The platform democratizes real estate investing by allowing users to sign up with and invest in properties with minimum investment starting from 1/100 th of the price (eg: 35k for an apt worth 35L). We then use it to acquire the property from the builders and rent it out to individuals/families. This rent is then distributed on a monthly or a weekly basis to the users based on the amount each user invested. Thus it allows users to invest in real estate without taking bank loans and paying heavy EMIs & generating passive income + long term asset.
