DS ACQUISITIONS careers

I have 10 years working primarily as a financial auditor at CPA firms (KPMG, Malone and Bailey), working on both private and SEC public companies. I have started an M&A business based on brokering the sell of businesses between $1,000,000 - $25,000,0000 in private industry for the Texas area in three industries. There are three industries that DS Acquisitions work on, these are: Oil and Gas Services / Hotels and Motels / Restaurants. I'm looking for ideally a working equity partner to buy-in at the rate of $35K per 10% ownership or an investor (to purchase up to 50%). Please include your experience in this area. Goal is to expand beyond a single office in the Houston, Texas area and compete in the national and international arena within 12 months for M&A services followed up by financial lending lending fees which facilitate M&A mergers. The business is off to a good start with over $300K in listing agreement commissions (pending the sale of the two listed businesses).
