Welcome to DrYnks. Difference between Team and Staff: A Team is a group of individuals who work for one another and are engaged and immersed in the project. The Sum of their collective parts are greater than the sum of their efforts individually. 1+1=5 Staff are people who are just there on a ride. You have to constantly push them, there is no personal leadership. 1+1= 2 if you are lucky most often it is 1+1=.5 because everyone is running around like a chicken with no head. Everyone is only worried about getting their paycheck and they lack the ability to look at the impact of their effort on the business. These people kill the Goose that lays the golden egg.
