DRESSFORMER is a B2B/B2C platform technology allowing the user to virtually try on apparel & shoes pre-purchase and receive personal or professional feedback. Dressformer's fitting technology increases profitability of retailers by addressing fitting & likability simultaneously. Dressformer helps online retailers and brands to increase sales and reduce returns as well as get a great marketing tool in social media.
The goal of the project is to overcome the online fitting problem and therefore boosting sales & alleviate returns and associated financial burden.
The consumer side problem that Dressformer solves is the ability to make confident purchases knowing the clothes will fit almost perfectly.
It answers the following questions for the consumer:
1. What size to choose?
2. Is the cloth suitable?
3. Social and professional approval?
