Dreem 2 is the first combined hardware/software solution that accurately tracks sleep activity, including brain activity, heart rate, respiration and motion, while delivering relaxation techniques and digital coaching.

Our FDA Class II medical device is hardware that is a wearable headband that consists of sensors for EEG tracking, heart rate and respiration, and an accelerometer for motion detection. Clinical studies show that our device is as effective at tracking sleep as polysomnography, the gold standard for sleep monitoring.

Dreem 2 combines the objective, automatic sleep tracking data with relaxation techniques driven by biofeedback that help people fall asleep, and an app with digital coaching to help drive behavioral change.
