We're hiring toward a $1M pre-seed close, which shapes how roles are structured. Compensation today is milestone-based equity with salary triggered at funding close — a real arrangement for people who want ownership, not a polite phrase for unpaid work. Equity ranges are meaningful (co-founder-adjacent for the right technical hire) and milestones are concrete, not vibes. Currently prioritizing two roles: Head of Growth & Revenue — Southeast Asia-based operator with hands-on monetization experience in subscriptions, creator economies, or token systems. Drives partnership execution and the path to first revenue. Strong fit for someone who's run growth at a fandom, Web3, or creator-economy platform and wants to apply that work to a higher-mission product. ML Engineer (Psyntax) — Builder for our Restorative AI engine. Domain-specific SLM work, intervention pipeline design, and the foundational architecture for what becomes a licensable infrastructure product. Co-founder track for the right candidate. Willingness to engage with applied psychology frameworks matters more than pedigree. What every role at DramaLlama looks like: Remote-friendly with timezone overlap requirements that vary by role. Direct collaboration with the founders — there's no middle layer to hide behind. Documentation-heavy, async-first, written-decision culture.
