Culture and benefits at Draft Badge

Our mission is to improve the safety and quality of social events and leisure activities. Draft Badge began as an idea to improve the efficiency of alcohol transactions with inspiration from abroad. Our research quickly pointed us in a different direction, one with much more value. We are not seasoned entrepreneurs, just a group of like-minded people trying to solve a big problem. Most people within the entrepreneurship community want to build a business or be a part of that process, including myself. However, this is a journey of growth and learning. If you are not willing to grow and adapt, how can you exist in this environment? Our culture likely mimics many startups, there's a lot going on and our plans always change. Above all else, we value commitment. We have had a share of ups and downs, what's important is staying strong through it all and coming out having improved.
