Dr Phoon is a fully qualified Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. As a fourth generation surgeon of Eurasian background, the essence of excellent surgical care, attention to detail and sound communication skills are at the core of his beliefs.
