Doxa is a dating site for professional job seekers and companies. We use data science to match the right companies to the right job seekers. Instead of spending a year seeking the right job or candidate, we'll find the perfect match in seconds.

Our patented supervised learning system matches people to jobs based on compatibility of skills, social traits and professional values. Using predictive algorithms, we have all sorts of interesting features: expected employee tenure, career trajectories, etc. Our lawyers at Perkins had us file a patent on our "poachability" score, which gives recruiters tools to set alerts for optimal moments to reach out to candidates.

We're starting by segmenting the market to women in tech. This demographic, desperate to find compatible and supportive workplaces in the tech sector, is most likely to adopt our product at the quickest speed. Doxa will eventually be for everyone, but the niche focus at the start is strategic for quick adoption and viral press.
