Hale Orb is an honoree of the CES 2018 Innovation Award in the Smart Home category.
It solves the problem of family connectivity, allowing family members in remote locations to easily share photos and videos from different sources to be viewed on a large TV screen, regardless of the app/devices used or the technical savvy of the members. In a larger context, Hale Orb is a post-smartphone “Enchanted Object” providing a hardware and software interface platform to give a human touch to the smart home experience of tomorrow. Its beautiful design, smooth user interface, voice control, and web service all integrate perfectly to create a unique product that anybody can use in the living room. With its own “Orb OS” it can also be customized by different companies for different use cases. The product is going into production in February 2018 to deliver to its crowdfunding backers.
