Dotted Block is the first behavioral management platform for businesses. Replacing the traditional enterprise performance management model (top-down KPIs and objectives), it focuses on improving employees' behaviors first and foremost. It shifts the employee management from metrics to a human conversation. The Dotted Block platform creates all of the linkage between high-level business objectives and low-level human behaviors. Once we know what works, we add it to our recommendation engine.
