• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, highly available Azure infrastructure underpinning both core platform services and AI workloads, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Configure, secure, and operate MCP servers and related AI integration points, including access patterns, reliability, and lifecycle management, for enterprise use.

• Lead security assessments of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications, identifying vulnerabilities such as prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, and adversarial inputs
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Engineering to embed security requirements and threat modeling into the AI development lifecycle, from data collection through model deployment

• Serve as the strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations, partnering with leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and building high-performing teams.
• Build trusted partnerships with leaders by bringing candor, sound judgment, and business acumen.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across a multi-cloud organization that includes AWS and Azure.
• Define and enforce data engineering standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.

• Review, negotiate, and execute level-one legal work, including business associate agreements (BAAs), NDAs, vendor contracts, and other standard commercial instruments.
• Own and administer the legal operations ecosystem, including intake tooling (Ironclad, Fresh service or equivalents), workflow automation, and document management. Major plus if the applicant has experience designing and implementing Ironclad capabilities with a lens on efficient contract management.

• Complete implementation and setup steps for newly signed customers within our product
• Work one-on-one with clients to implement the DoseSpot & pVerify products across various applications.

• Design and build robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using .NET Core (C#), following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs capable of sustaining high-throughput, concurrent workloads.

• Complete implementation and setup steps for newly signed customers within our product
• Interpret customer agreements to set up the implementation process

• Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issue root cause and communicate issue details to both internal and external stakeholders
• Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices to provide support for customers and product end users
