dOrg is unlike any company I’ve worked for before. As a freelance collective operating as a DAO, we have a flat hierarchy where everyone’s opinions, ideas, and initiatives carry equal weight. All proposals are posted and discussed internally, fostering a level of transparency that’s truly remarkable. As freelancers, each member manages their own schedule, deciding their working hours and workload. This structure allows everyone to be their own boss and take full control of their time. On top of that, we are collective full of beautiful people with brilliant minds!
