DONOZ is a specialized Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built to transform how stone processing, manufacturing, trading, and distribution businesses operate. Our mission is simple: to digitize the stone industry by replacing fragmented manual processes, spreadsheets, paper registers, and generic business software with a purpose-built platform designed specifically for the unique workflows of stone businesses.

The global stone industry is one of the world's oldest and most important industrial sectors. From granite and marble to quartz, sandstone, limestone, and engineered stone, these materials are used in homes, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects, monuments, and architectural developments across the world. Despite its economic significance, much of the industry still relies on traditional methods for managing inventory, production, procurement, sales, and dispatch operations.

Many stone factories, processors, exporters, wholesalers, and traders continue to depend on handwritten records, Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and disconnected software systems to run critical business operations. While these methods may have worked in the past, they create significant challenges as businesses grow. Inventory discrepancies, production delays, poor visibility into stock levels, manual reporting, inefficient order tracking, and communication gaps often result in lost revenue, increased operational costs, and reduced competitiveness.
