We believe that nonprofits should not face technology barriers when helping others. To solve this challenge, we built Donorbox so that every organization can raise donations online with ease. We're also committed to freedom of speech. Our mission is to support nonprofits of all shapes and sizes, and our product allows a variety of different organizations to collect online donations, whether we agree or disagree with their causes. We don't endorse, moderate, or censor the viewpoints of any of our customers. At our core, we stand for inclusivity, free speech, and allowing differing opinions — Donorbox is a politically neutral company and our goals are focused on benefiting nonprofits.

We cover most of your family's healthcare premium costs

We cover up to 75% of our team members' monthly medical health insurance premium costs. This includes the team member and, if relevant, their spouse and up to two dependents.

Generous time off policy

Time away from work is important in preventing burnout and enabling us to be creative, resilient, and productive. It also improves our well-being. Our policy is 20 vacation days (incl. sick leave), 8 national holidays, and your birthday.

Laptop & home office expenses

Home office ergonomics are important, and we want to ensure we’re taking care of our team members' health and long-term well-being. After your first few months, we provide a work computer and cover up to $1.5k for home office upgrades.
