Domumey ("Doh-mum-ay", IPA: [doʊ-mʌm-eɪ]) — a hybrid fintech and proptech startup — is building innovative, AI-powered solutions that enable property renters to convert their monthly rent payments into unit-ownership equity while simultaneously empowering existing landlords to monetize and gain from the long-term intrinsic value of those units.

Domumey Corporation, incorporated in Delaware, currently has its address of principal executive office in San Francisco, California 94108-1804. At the same time, we have been and will always be a remote-first, work-from-anywhere enterprise. The company was cofounded in the San Francisco Bay Area by Mohsen Abdelfattah Sheta and Alex Gulakov.
