Dominion Capital LLC is a New York based investment firm, initially founded to provide liquidity to US Capital Markets, then growing to a diversified investment company with four lines of business, including Structured Finance, Private Equity, and Real Estate.

Our management team includes veterans and experts form technology, cyber security, investment banking, proprietary trading, equities and bonds trading, private and public corporate governance, and US public office sectors, as well as NASA and the US Marines.
