Doctoriya (ДокториЯ) is providing low cost mHealth solutions (support groups, telehealth, education, medication adherence and clinical trials) to chronic disease patients in the CIS region (former USSR). Our main goal is to leverage the ecosystem that’s been built up for pharmaceuticals in order to scale digital therapeutics in the region.

Taping $250 bln. (est.) healthcare market in the CIS the region, by helping 100+ mil. chronic disease patients with easy access to medical advice and other online medical tools.

Challenges to adoption of mHealth in CIS region are not too different from those in the US, EU or emerging markets: the absence of a clear regulatory framework, a focus on treatment rather than prevention, and a lack of standardization and interoperability. In addition, the fragmentation of healthcare systems in the Russia and CIS region restricts the sharing of information and alignment of processes, preventing mHealth from scaling effectively.
