DO & CO provides catering services in the United States, Germany, Austria, Turkey, and internationally. It operates through three segments: Airline Catering; International Event Catering; and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotel. The Airline Catering segment offers airline catering services, including menu planning and designing; onboard menus and beverages; cabin crew procedures; cabin crew training services; and lounge hospitality services. The International Event Catering segment provides event catering services for sports, corporate events, and private parties; and event locations. The Restaurants, Lounges & Hotel segment engages in the operation of restaurants and Demel cafés, lounges, hotels, and staff restaurants; and retail, airport gastronomy, and railway catering businesses. DO & CO began operation in 1981. Its headquarters is in Vienna in Austria.
