Our couples are always the most important but we weigh equal importance into our employees as well which are reflected in our business philosophy, or our "Wedding Vows" as we like to call them: -Make sure the best man has the rings. Every detail of a wedding is important to the couple, from the dress to the place cards, big or small – and equally as important to us. Every employee is the bride or groom. Let us explain – every one of our employees is NOT planning their own wedding – but they are always the most important people in the room – their ideas, their hard work and their positive attitudes don’t go unnoticed. Behind every great bride and groom is a strong and supportive wedding party. For every one of our couples this is the biggest day of their lives and their dream wedding would not be possible without their team beside them.
