• Analyze, standardize, and optimize manual and automated manufacturing processes to improve cycle times, quality, and throughput while reducing downtime and cost
• Drive OPEX initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools — value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, and waste elimination — to deliver measurable operational improvements

• Represent the company at senior living industry conferences, including Argentum, LeadingAge, and regional state associations, to capture qualified leads and conduct sales blitzes
