DirectLaw,Inc., provides a virtual law firm platform for solos and small law firms that enables these firms to deliver “unbundled legal services” over the Internet for a fixed fee to 80% of the U.S. public that cannot afford legal fees. U.S. law firms only serve 20% of the U.S. public, but need to serve the remaining 80% in some ways to remain viable as an independent profession. DirectLaw is a platform that makes this possible.
