Jobs at Dime

Dime is on a mission to make DeFi accessible to everyone. We are building the easiest way for people to participate in the DeFi ecosystem and start earning right away. Currently, we are at a significant shift in the underlying infrastructure powering financial applications backed by Decentralized Finance(DeFi). According to DeFi pulse, the value of digital assets locked into the DeFi application has reached $80 billion in 2021 and is growing rapidly. Yet, DeFi applications are still in their nascent stage of development and are very difficult to be used by the general population. As a result, while crypto technologists are earning very high returns through DeFi, most non-tech-savvy users are left out. Dime aims to significantly increase the participation of the DeFi ecosystem by making it extremely simple to use while help users understand the risk factors associated with the investment product. Dime users can push a button and start earning from DeFi without going through any unnecessary complexities. We are backed by a seasoned team of successful serial entrepreneurs, talented product managers, and engineers from top Silicon Valley companies like Uber, Airbnb, and Robinhood. We have experience in building crypto, intelligent risk control systems, massive-scale machine learning platforms, large-scale financial systems, etc.
