We are bringing the global dim sum trend to Lebanon! And we are producing them right here in Lebanon. We are a team of highly driven folks mostly educated at AUB and with international experience. Our team includes many INSEAD alums and subject matter experts in multiple industries. Our investors include a Principals at Strategy& (formerly booz&Co) and an AUB professor. We raised $50K so far. We are disrupting the status quo of asian cuisine in Lebanon, which is either super overpriced and decent tasting, or average priced and mediocre. Our food will match international standards and Chinese made quality, and will be priced lower than any competitor. How? by achieving economies of scale and running a long term sustainable business, and not being greedy fucks. The frozen dumpling market size in Lebanon is worth a whooping $50M per year, and will aim to eventually grab 50% of it, so there's a really high growth potential. Then we plan on export to the GCCs, especially Saudi Arabia.
