Algorithms, Apache Superset, ServiceNow etc.) with Data Engineering team for automatic daily scheduled training and generated prediction results on interactive dashboards. Implemented anomaly detection mechanisms with real-time alerts for B2B clients.

Accomplishments:
• Built Python-based time series ML models for 15+ B2B clients (with 5 top clients having >$60M in yearly sales), providing accurate hourly predictions for Order Count / Order Sales with an average MAPE of <15%.
• Developed Multivariate Time-Series Forecasting model, achieving accuracy of MAPE < 12% in detecting anomalies for prompt identification of error causes.
Clients informed promptly, reducing resolution time by 76% and preventing revenue loss due to payment-related issues.
• Implemented real-time API traffic monitoring solution, ensuring successful service delivery for B2B clients. Integrated with ServiceNow, resulting in 50% faster response times and automatic case creation for timely actions by corresponding teams.
• Customized ML models for specific datacenter, site, country, payment processor, and
locale levels, enabling precise issue identification and responsive problem-solving.
