DigiDems careers

The Digital Organizer will be trained on mainstream political tech software and campaign protocols to prepare them for their role. Following the training, each Digital Organizer will be placed within a campaign to become a fully integrated member of the team. The Digital Organizer will analyze and help optimize the use of tools selected by the campaign, provide training to fellow staff and volunteers, and identify and resolve tech issues. The Digital Organizer will have access to the entire DigiDems network, including senior resources for additional support. As a core member of the campaign, the Digital Organizer will also spend time assisting with non-tech campaign needs.
