Integrated security operations. Direct the 24/7 security program across gates, patrols, dispatch/control room, resident areas, parking, deliveries, special events and other assigned posts.
Contractor performance. Set service expectations, validate staffing and qualifications, review schedules, conduct post inspections, manage deficiencies and hold security vendors accountable to contracts and key performance indicators.
Oversee all day-to-day Operation and Maintenance activities
Ensure that a sufficient number of qualified employees are on staff to meet all preventative maintenance, service order, and corrective maintenance requirements
