More than 600,000 professionals working at NGOs, charities, aid agencies, and corporations involved in this space have posted their profiles to our online network. We are the leading provider of recruitment and business intelligence information for global development, serving nearly every major organization in international aid, global health, and humanitarian relief. Founded in 2000 as a project at the Harvard Kennedy School, in 2009 we re-launched with a new brand and expanded business model and have tripled in size since then. Today we have over 100 staff in four offices around the world.
