• Prospect/originate relationships with decision-makers within Firearm OEMs and various supporting organizations

• Identify and execute design improvement projects for in-production products and in-field retrofits.
• Maintain 3D CAD models and documentation for operations-requested changes, including supplier changes, manufacturing improvements, and end-of-life management.

• Product structure definition with Engineering
• Design for manufacturability, root cause and corrective action

• Prospecting/originate sales contacts and follow-up on all new production volume business development opportunities and working with marketing on new targeted lead generation
