People at deskbird

I have been working with deskbird since the company was founded in 2020. It has honestly been the best job I ever had so far: lots of responsibilities, fast decisions, low hierachies and most importantly: an amazing team with members coming from all over the world! Working with the team is a lot of fun. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We meet twice per year in amazing locations (Croatia, Tuscany etc.) for our team-retreat, which feels like a family-gathering. It's surprising how closely connected you can feel to people, even if you don't see them in an office on a daily basis. We all work very hard to create the best employee experience on the planet. Seeing the impact of my work every day is my biggest reward. Without deskbird, I would also not have discovered the joys of digital nomading, which has broadened my network beyond my hometown and led me to discover new places in my spare time. If you are really passionate about what, if you want to make the world a little bit better every day and you do and enjoy working in a remote or hybrid (in Munich) workplace, deskbird is for you!
