Responsibilities Assist in researching and creating a data bank of digital influencers Assist in approaching and pitching the promotion partnerships to the digital influencers Assist in converting digital influencers into promotion partners and fulfilling the sign-on process Assist in scheduling the release of contents in consultation with stakeholders - i.e. DYD Speakers and the digital influencers Assist in the creation of banners, circulars, mock-ups, email campaigns, online promotions, etc. Assist with the fulfillment of marketing offers Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials Perform analysis of marketing and sales data Prepare presentations Open and sort mail Enter contact information into contact management systems Provide support to social media efforts Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
