Demarest's structured private equity investment holdings include Eclipse, a
non‐scripted television production company, a Canadian film and television distribution company, and
several digital advertising and media services firms.

Recent Demarest film projects include Anton Corbijn’s adaptation of the John le Carré novel "A Most
Wanted Man," Kevin Smith’s audacious creature‐horror "Tusk," Destin Daniel Cretton’s acclaimed foster‐
home drama "Short Term 12," Max Nichols’s naughty romantic comedy "Two Night Stand," and Neil
Jordan’s vampire thriller "Byzantium." In television, Demarest is currently filming the AMC/BBC John le
Carré spy series "The Night Manager," starring Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddleston.
