deltaflare careers
deltaflare is the category leader in protecting critical national infrastructure from cyber attack. The power grids, water networks, and transport systems that keep the country running were never built for a connected, adversarial world; we make them defensible without ripping them out and starting again.
Defending the systems modern life depends on: power, water, transport.
Our platform, phoenix, gives infrastructure operators centralised command over the security of their operational technology (OT) estates: thousands of distributed, often decades-old assets that legacy IT security simply cannot reach. Operators dial protection to their own risk appetite, scale it across the fleet, and stay compliant with sector regulation, all without costly upgrades or downtime.
The threat is not theoretical. State actors and criminal groups are actively targeting CNI, and the consequences of failure are measured in blackouts and contaminated water supplies, not lost data. That is the problem we exist to solve.
Why it's exciting to work here (optional section, recommended for Wellfound)
We are a fast-moving team building genuinely hard things at the intersection of cybersecurity, OT, and AI-augmented engineering. The problems are real, the stakes are national, and the work ships to operators running infrastructure people rely on every day. If you want your code to matter, this is where it does.
A few notes on the changes. I've led with stakes and mission because that is what converts a passive browser into an applicant, and saved the technical detail for the second paragraph. I've cut "SaaS-based cybersecurity platform that provides centralised control over cybersecurity" since it repeats itself. I've also corrected phoenix to lowercase throughout and removed the em-dash, per house style.
