2nd hand furniture marketplace based out of Istanbul. Launched in Jan'15 and is an end-to-end solution for buyers and sellers, leveraging marketplace and consignment models. We provide logistics, payment, curation, consignment services. Take rate differs based on selling method between 25% and 50% (consigned furniture)
Target market: Turkey’s furniture market is marked at $14B and growing as market drivers sustain strong outlook. We will be expanding in the region targeting a larger market.
Customers: Sellers: Movers, redecorators or people cashing out (including offices). Businesses including 2nd hand shops, furniture brands, designers/ decorators, cafes/ restaurants/ hotels closing down. Buyers: Consumers for their homes, designers, also businesses mostly in catering/ hospitality services
Competitive advantage: Fast sell through, pick-up&delivery service, ‘’in-house’’ developed logistics algorithm, consignment service, pricing and photography services, credit card payment on site
