• Lead data collection and management for clinical testing databases

Manage ongoing data collection for clinical database by: conducting primary research on clinical diagnostics testing via interviews and surveys with subject matter experts; writing, programming, and executing surveys on platforms like Qualtrics; and managing contractors to assist with survey sourcing and data collection
Perform quality control checks on database to ensure data integrity; resolve any suspected issues with survey / interview respondents
Maintain and update master Excel database files, and package and deliver datasets to customers
Maintain and improve Tableau, Excel, and R / Python data management tools
