Our matchmaking platform uses big-data and machine learning technology to help dealmakers get matched with capital providers when raising money for a myriad of commercial real estate deals. Our sophisticated, AI-powered matching platform looks at thousands of professional investors, and identifies the best investors for a particular commercial real estate deal based on our proprietary assessment of a capital partners’ investment preferences based on their historical investment behavior, particularly other deals that they may have participated in in the past.
