Current software offerings for the real estate community, either property management or investment management do not provide a complete suite of tools needed to effectively operate. Our platform fills in these holes while also providing a market network allowing operators to integrate key professionals into the daily process of owning property. These professionals include attorneys (landlord laws change rapidly) tax advisors (real estate tax management can be complicated) bankers (rates and loan products are changing rapidly along with a slew of other vendors and professionals. We are building Saas tools to help with the interactions and work flow with each of these professionals.
